Little Mountain Printing, Inc. (LMP) is dedicated to ensuring its employees are well-dressed and represent the company positively.
To achieve this, LMP provides an annual allocation of funds to each employee for acquiring custom-printed apparel.
This initiative supports employees in maintaining a professional appearance while reflecting the company’s image.
Employee Allowance
$250 (cost of goods only) per calendar year for full-time employees
$150 (cost of goods only) per calendar year for part-time employees
$100 extra (cost of goods only) for new employees during their first year
Apparel Allocation
Allocated funds are optional to use if employees have sufficient apparel.
Funds are for customized company-branded apparel only, not for non-customized items.
Annual funds are provided for custom-printed apparel to ensure sufficient supply for a reasonable wash cycle.
